What types of workspaces do you offer?
We offer flexible options including hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, and creative studios to suit solo professionals and growing teams.
Is high-speed internet included in all plans?
Yes, high-speed fibre-optic internet is included in all our private office plans at no additional charge. Our connectivity is enterprise-grade and supports video conferencing, cloud operations, and high-bandwidth workloads.
Are meeting rooms available to all members?
Yes, fully equipped meeting rooms are available to all members. Rooms can be reserved by the hour through our reception team or via our online booking portal.
What amenities are included in my membership?
All memberships include 24/7 secure access, high-speed internet, a registered business address, and access to shared lounge areas. Higher-tier plans additionally include reception services, mail handling, and dedicated admin support.
Are pets allowed in the coworking space?
To maintain a professional and comfortable environment for all members, pets are not permitted within Privé Lounge facilities.

Do you offer parking facilities?

Are there dining options on-site?
Yes, Privé Lounge features a café and refreshment area serving specialty coffee, teas, and light snacks throughout the business day. Full catering can be arranged for meetings and events on request.
Do you provide printing and scanning services?
Yes, all members have access to professional printing, scanning, and photocopying facilities within the lounge. Standard printing is included in most plans; high-volume printing is available at a nominal charge.
Do you offer event or training spaces?
Yes. Our event and workshop space takes workshops, seminars and team days, with AV and presentation setup included. It is priced per booking — tell us your dates and format and we will quote you.
Do you offer any additional concierge or business support services?
Yes, our reception and admin team can assist with courier handling, document services, meeting coordination, and general business support.
Pricing & flexibility
Can I customize a package based on my needs?
Yes. Packages can be tailored to your requirements — the published tiers are a starting point, not a limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cheques. Corporate invoicing is available for annual lease contracts. All prices are in AED and exclusive of VAT.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the service and package. Contact us and we will confirm the terms that apply to yours before you commit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Adjustments are made based on the revised pricing.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go options?
Meeting rooms are pay-as-you-go, booked by the hour. Offices are on an annual lease.

Yes, a dedicated community manager is available during business hours to assist with workspace needs, introductions, event bookings, and day-to-day requests.
Can I invite clients or guests to the workspace?
Yes. Members are welcome to invite clients and guests for meetings, presentations, or collaborative working sessions. Guests can be hosted in your private office or in one of our bookable meeting rooms.
